I did it once last summer with good results. I'm doing it again now with a better nutrition plan. I'm starting week 6 today.
I enjoy it because I don't have to get a gym membership or find the time to go to one. I can do it in my basement where it's just me, which I prefer and it's just a lot easier to follow along and do what they're doing rather than trying to motivate yourself to do a bunch of pushups. I'm pretty disciplined, but having a DVD to work out with makes it a lot easier.
