Like someone else has mentioned, how much money would you pay a trainer to create a program like that for you?
Its taken me almost a whole year to modify MY workout programs through trial and error, until I figured out what actually works.

Eat Right, Sleep Enough, Train Hard, Repeat.
That's not rocket science, you don't need a trainer to tell you that. You don't need a DVD with a buzzword title, you don't need some fancy equipment or supplements.
1 out of 100 people who start this program will actually continue to exercise and it may be a good starting point for them. But generally the type of people who are attracted to an infomercial with guys lubed up and offering some new fangled program are most likely the type that are swayed by gimmick's and won't have the self discipline to follow through with it. Actually I will put the people who get personal trainers in the same camp, they think that by paying money it will force them to be disciplined.
