Some dude found a way to charge $150 bucks to tell people how to do pushups. YOU DON'T NEED THIS, SAVE YOUR $150 BUCKS. WORK HARD AND REPEAT. I'm not some exercise guru or even in great shape but I see right through this bullshart.
The key to progress is to exercise consistently and increase the work incrementally each week or 2, it's not rocket science.

I disagree.
You have 12 separate workouts, along with a proper nutrition plan put together by somebody ON DVD. And it works.
Like someone else has mentioned, how much money would you pay a trainer to create a program like that for you?
Its taken me almost a whole year to modify MY workout programs through trial and error, until I figured out what actually works.
