Pay me $75 bucks and I'll tell you to go to your basement, max out on how many pushups you can do--write it down, then day 2 max out on how many pullups you can do (a piece of electrical conduit through the rafters will do)--write it down, then on day 3 do some lame stretch stuff with some surgical tubing from Rona--and write it down. Week 2 try to do a bit more than Week 1. Repeat this until week 6 and then compare your progress to week 1.
Some dude found a way to charge $150 bucks to tell people how to do pushups. YOU DON'T NEED THIS, SAVE YOUR $150 BUCKS. WORK HARD AND REPEAT. I'm not some exercise guru or even in great shape but I see right through this bullshart.
The key to progress is to exercise consistently and increase the work incrementally each week or 2, it's not rocket science.
