If it were truely supposed to be annonymous, there should have been zero way to track:
1) Who was tested; and
2) What the results of that person's test was.
This was clearly a screw up big time and the question you have to ask is:
In an annonymous test, why would you keep a mechanism that would allow you to track who tested and for what?
Someone had to have an agenda here and it's an ugly one.
