There's some scratch removal kits for sale at Bianca' Amour's Liquidation world.
It's a liquid polish and some special wipe by Maxell or some company like that.
The other solution is those spinning tools you can find in some stores like Futureshop and even Staples. They actually look like they scratch up your disc more as they are abrasive and you put the disc in and spin it. Somehow that corrects the tracks, I don't know how it works.
