Randy Carlyle
4th Defenseman
from Wiki:
Carlyle played 17 seasons in the NHL with the
Toronto Maple Leafs,
Pittsburgh Penguins and
Winnipeg Jets. He appeared in 1055 games and earned 647 points. Known as a fiery, tough-nosed defenceman, he was selected to play in four NHL All-Star Games, winning the
Norris Trophy as the league’s top defenceman in 1981.
From Me:
And remember, he did all that playing on some terrible teams. There was a reason the Pens got Lemieux. Over two seasons in Pittsburgh Carlyle scored 158 points in 149 games. The Jets were mediocre (at best) for most of his time there.
Too bad he's now the coach of the Ducks.
