I am starting it this week, just waiting for my chin up bar to arrive. It is the real deal, my buddy just finished the first 90 days and he tightened up big time. I'm already lean so I am taking the program with supplement use to help put some muscle mass on. It can be done it just requires larger weights as you start adapting and for pull up exercises you can get ankle weights and really feel some extra burn.

I have heard the best results come out of the Ab Ripper program, 3 times a week and very painful exercises. Oh yeah and eat a lot, diet is important, need to make sure you are getting enough calories in and no junk, the diet plan is good but I think it's more oriented to those looking to cut weight.
