Yes, this works, it is the real deal. As with any program, you need to stick with it. You will see results at the end of 90 days. They are hardcore exercises and it works.
Workouts are about 1-1.5 hours a day. There is a nutrition plan that comes with it. Changing your body requires diet and exercise (and good/lucky genes).
Keep in mind that this it not a program that will make you large or bulky. The routines only require some simple weights and a pull-up bar. I recommend the pull-up bar that they sell as it gives you a wide pull-up grip. The Iron Gym does not give you wide grip. they are both about $30, go with the Beach Body one. Trust me. Bands are an option, but I like using weights.
I have tried it and believe me, I got pretty fit. stopped for a few months, now getting back to it. it takes time. It may take you more than one round of 90 days to get to where you want to be. If you got the money, get it. Totally worth the $150-$200, versus the $30+ a month you would have to pay a gym
