cough-knockoff-cough...

Me and a friend bought these from someone on through ebay and the seller sent the wrong size. We are having issues getting our money returned to us, paypal says there is nothing they can do. We are just looking to get what we originally paid for them.

I see about 3 or 4 red flags in that post; I would be very careful if you're interested in one of these... as Gordo mentioned, there are a lot of fakes on eBay:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/1913-Montreal-Can...mZ220351073189
(I couldn't find any examples of a white #46 Kostitsyn, only a red #46 and a white #74)
Legalities aside, if someone wants to pay less for a lower quality knockoff, then I'm not one to judge. But considering these cost of these is as low as $30 each in Asia, I would hate to see someone on CP get ripped off by someone who just signed up for a CP account today
P.S. I'm pretty sure selling bootlegs, especially when you post comparative NHL.com prices in the post, is against the rules of the Buy/Sell forum:

No pirated/bootleg/illegal software sales/trades allowed.
