If you like Mexican food, you gotta eat at one of the two Carolina's there! I love Mexican food, so I researched the best Mexican food in Phoenix before I went there last year, and I found out about Carolina's!
Yeah, it's fast food with syrofoam plates and everything, but the prices are great and the food is so flavorful. The soft tortillas are sublime! (In particular they will blow your mind!
) It's certainly worth a visit in my opinion, and you'll never eat at Taco Time again after going there!
