They tell me what's wrong etc, I tell them to go ahead fix it. I go to pick it up, pay an OUTRAGEOUS bill, and when I drive it back to work, it's doing the same thing it was before I brought it in. Also, I strongly suspect they did not rotate my tires. My left front tire was a little soft when I brought it in this morning, and looking at it now, it looks exactly the same, I'm sure that tire is the same one as this morning and therefore wasn't rotated.
Also, we had snow last night, the wheel covers were pretty dirty and there are no marks on them like someone had touched them to take them off.

We get our car fixed at a place run by an old mechanic that retired from Honda (so he basically only fixes Honda cars) but this guy is super honest and when my grandfather when in to have something major replaced on his Accord, he told him there was no charge for seniors!
