Newlywed Lori Kappes was pulled to the ground, her necklace was torn off and clumps of her hair were pulled out after she was pounced upon by AnnMarie Bricker, guests told cops.
Bricker, 23, claims she "just wanted to talk" about an ongoing family dispute and never touched her sister, but she was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of battery.
