Less than ten minutes later she caught one of my co-workers in the hall, and tore a strip off of him because we hadn't responded to her yet. He never saw the call, so had no answer, he came back asking our boss and I what was going on. We told him I had the call, but I was busy dealing with real problems, like users with broken computers, and would get to it when I could. He called the user and told her this, at which point she started getting upset again, saying it was critical and had to be done immediately.
