Are you male or female? woman are more likely to have a urinary tract infection (either way there would be some pain involved with this).

Not always.

I had a major UTI (I'm a guy) about 7 years ago. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with me because I felt absolutely zero pain. Low grade fever and chronic fatigue were my two major symptoms.

To the OP...sack up and go to the Dr. Don't be an idiot. People die because they are afraid to go to the Dr.
