Külmale Maale by

86-90 category... Another "no-votes needed" pick
Born in Soviet era Estonia, Külmale Maale is the first and most famous album of this locally legendary punk band. I was trying to find something to say about this band and this album, but decided most of what I wanted to say about this would've been too much of a history lesson and just impossible to explain in less than book-length.
However, this is a really great old-school punk-rock band, definitely worth checking out if you like Dead Kennedy's for example. Lyrics translations are available, and great music just overrides linguistic boundaries. Catchy, funny, raw, clever. Perfect punk.
