I was in Whistler last year around April (I think?) hanging out in the hot tub at the Fairmount Blackcomb, or whatever it's called, getting loaded. All of a sudden a bunch of TV cameras appear, and out walks this short old dude with sunglasses on, which just happens to be Gene Simmons. Of course I'm half cut, and being the obnoxious drunk I am I start yelling "YOU'RE THE MAN GENE WOOOOOOO", laughing, trying to get the other girls in the tub to take their tops off, bla bla bla, bantering back and forth with him and his crew. So they start to set up the scene (that ENTIRE show is set up BTW), and in one of the scenes some fat italian guy gets out of the tub, Gene taunts him with a towel, we all "laugh" at him, then he turns to us and says something along the lines of "more whiskey for my friends" or some stupid thing. We were supposed to cheer, I yelled out something annoying (can't remember what it was) and that was the end of the scene. They did it about 5 times, then planted a condom in one of the other tubs, and filmed this italian guy shouting something about us dirty Canadians.
Afterwards I approached Gene, just wanting to tell him I was a fan and shake his hand, and he totally turned away, started chatting to some girl about her t*ts, and had his producer get rid of me. I wasn't being rude or anything, he just wanted nothing to do with anyone who wasn't female.
I haven't watched an episode since. My buddy saw the one I was in, and said they edited pretty much everything out, except for us sitting in the tub laughing.
