Well after reading this site, and actually trying to get this washing machine figured out I found out there's a plug on the back of the dryer that fits that confusing plug from the washing machine: http://www.designjournalmag.com/prod...ofile_2857.htm

So I plugged it in, and it does work. The specs on the back of the dryer say this unit runs at 208-240V and 60Hz, which I'm pretty sure is ok for over here. I'm still gonna wait to use it til I get a formal ok from an electrician, but thanks for all the help guys.
