Speaking on the posted speed limits, there is a long stretch of Shaganappi from north of Country Hills all the way to the top of the hill coming down towards John Laurie where there is no posted speed limit on either side, going north or south. As you go down or come up that hill the limit is 80 but if you come out on the south bound side north of country hills and continue on you have no idea what speed you are allowed to go until you get past the intersection going into Edgemont. I wonder what would happen if a cop stopped you along there going, oh I don't know, 90? Could you get out of a ticket since there is no posted speed limit?
