It's order and chaos because the electron cloud of an atom, you never know where anything definetely is at any time. When something is in a quantum state, it is simultaneous in the state that it is in and every other infinite possibility as well until it becomes observed.

The most elegant way to look at it is Schrodinger's Cat. You put a live cat in a box with a vial of poison gas. Now there is a mechanism with a geiger counter and some tiny bit of radioactive substance. With quantum mechanics, there is an equal chance of that substance decaying and emitting a radioactive particle...or not. If the geiger counter detects radation, it activates a hammer and breaks the vial which releases the gas and kills the cat. But because of quantum mechanics, the possibility of both as equally likely and the cat exists in a quatum state of being either dead or alive. You don't know which until you open the box and take a look or observe it. This is the nature of matter in the universe.

Mainly I like quantum mechanics because it opens up the possibility of parallel worlds and that there are an infinite number of me in infinite number of universe and maybe in one of them I get the girl...
