FWIW I just switched voice and internet over to Telus- they were great every step of the way regarding customer service.
When you call ask to be switched to the "Shaw Winback Centre." Great service, direct line to English speaking CSRs, and I think they wanted to give me 3 months free of Telus TV.
I still don't think their network can handle the about of bandwidth TV offers, but what do I know?
