Nope, but it might have been a friend of mine who sent me the photos. These are some that were taken this morning on our property.

We had to bring in the cattle from out back (close to the river) to higher ground. They're all purebred show cattle so I guess it was pretty important they didn't end up swimming down the river. Luckily, most of the herd is down south on our land that backs on to the Oldman, but far enough aaway it's in no danger of flooding.

This is the hay barn out back, about 200 metres from the Sheep River. I've never seen the river get this high (not even the last time it flooded).

This is a ground fed "spring" that runs in front of the house, normally about 2 ft deep. Right now it's about 10 feet deep, and running up tha banks (the wooden thing in the pic is a swing that is about 6 ft high that sits on the side of the bank).

This one is out back, looking East. Taken from the same location as the barn photo.

I'm not too sure if it's crested yet, but I would certainly hope so. I was also down by the Elbow River this afternoon doing my lunchtime workout at the Talisman centre, and noticed a sudden, fairly large increase in water flow. Not sure what happened, but whatever it was it was noticeable.
