If it will be 100% off-road after the first trip I wouldn't worry about the tires you have and I would drive them across country in a heart beat. On a 100% off-road vehicle I would actually get more aggressive bias ply tires as they will resist punctures and will offer better traction off-road than a radial tire. Some good choices for off-road only tires would be Super Swamper Irok's, Super Swamper TSL-SX (one of the toughest tires on the market), and Maxxis Pitbull, but take it for what it's worth I am just some idiot in South Texas that only sees mud and rocks off-road in my off-road only Jeep.
