I came in here to agree and tell my story of being treated poorly by the Vancouver Police Department (I guess stories). The CPS blows them out of the water when it comes to common sense, being reasonable, and abiding by the book. So do the RCMP (Richmond and UBC).
But Fotze made me laugh so hard I'll just give him some props.
