Animal Collective is wholly unlistenable (IMO). they are by far the most over-rated band out there (IMO).

Flying under the radar is the new Andrew Bird cd 'Noble Beast' which isn't as much fun as his previous records but still pretty good. (IMO).

I'd also mention the new Antony & the Johnsons cd 'The Crying Light' which is wholly wonderful from beginning to end.
