			Here's two very simple, very delicious ways...
 can of tuna
 mayo
 hoisin sauce
 sambal (both of these can be found in the asian section in the supermarket, and use a little because it's quite spicy)
 wasabi (can be used instead of the sambal)
 soy sauce (about a cap full)
 lemon juice (about a teaspoon)
 green onions
 parsley (chopped...and optional)
 
 
 can of tuna
 mascarpone cheese
 avocado (for a small can use a quarter piece)
 olive oil (about a teaspoon)
 lemon juice (1 teaspoon)
 salt and pepper
 italian parsley or cilantro
