I don't know too much about it, but my associate had the following concerns:

1) it is expensive; a negotiated settlement with lawyers or collaborative family law can be less expensive in many cases.

2) the rough agreements they draft are poorly constructed, and lawyers have to end up fixing it - lawyers are still necessary to provide ILA - I don't know how many lawyers agree to look at fairway agreements?

3) I don't know what kind of insurance/regulation they have

4) you negotiate separate from your spouse - I think parents need to learn how to communicate together

5) business model focused on franchising

Generally, I support a non-adversarial approach to family law, but why not have a lawyer advising you at every step?

EDIT - the web-site seems very mis-leading about family lawyers - I don't think many family lawyers want to increase conflict so they can bill more hours. Most family lawyers I know never go to court, and only do collaborative.
