TO is a better receiver when he is part of a balanced offense with multiple receiving targets. Only he doesn't see it that way. Personally, I don't even thing Owens is an elite WR anymore. Fitzgerald, Boldin, Andre Johnson, Steve Smith, a reformed Randy Moss are all far better players than TO.
