Well really what can you expect if you don't obey a police officer's order?
Was the taser necessary in our eyes?# Probably not....but cops have got to be extra careful in this day of age.# Lady could just driven off, killing somone, or who knows she could just busted out a gun.
on the other hand......Most annoying sound EVER !!!

If they taser everyone who doesn't jump out of the car immediately when asked then they must be tasering a lot of people. Probably have to keep a small nuclear reactor in the trunk so they can constantly be recharging them.

30 seconds and she didn't even start to get out of her car. It was pretty clear she had no intention of complying.

Exactly. The officer had already made an attempt to grab her out of the car and she resisted. She clearly wasn't budging and the cop simply said enough is enough. Hell, she wasn't even complying after she got tazed - what makes you think she was going to comply when she was sitting in her car? [/b][/quote]
Oh right I forgot. 30 seconds is a really long time.
You guys can at least try to make a case (though I'll never buy it) for the first zap, but the second one?
"she wasn't complying after she got tazed"? She was flopping around on the ground for christs sake. Wailing like a banshee and in understandable pain and that cop was hollering at her, right after the 50 thousand volt buzz and she didn't immediately turn over so she gets another one?
Who was she possibly a danger to at that point? Oh right, she wasn't a danger to anyone, but she was wasting the officer's incredibly valuable time by not lying on her stomach
immediately. He could have used that time to rush off to the scene of another cracked windshield.
