Well really what can you expect if you don't obey a police officer's order?
Was the taser necessary in our eyes? Probably not....but cops have got to be extra careful in this day of age. Lady could just driven off, killing somone, or who knows she could just busted out a gun.

If they taser everyone who doesn't jump out of the car

30 seconds and she didn't even start to get out of her car. It was pretty clear she had no intention of complying.
