I hated engineers when I was in UG. Then I went to law school and realized they are a faculty like most other tightly nit faculties that have their quirks.

Then I went to the flames game last night and saw some dorks wearing Engg week coveralls. Those who didn't have coveralls had MECH or CHEM hoodies. They were exceptionally loud and obnoxious and I realized again why I hated them.

It's one thing to be annoying within your own little group, and so when outsiders voluntarily come around, it's at their own risk. But going out in public and annoying people because it's Engg week is just plain stupid.

Oh and they spelled "mediocre" in mediocre grades incorrectly. At first I thought it was their way of being ironic. They I realized they were gear heads and as such aren't that clever.
