The fact that the firmware crapped out not once, but twice within the first week of buying it. By the way, when the firmware craps out on a Zune, one has to format it completely and reload the firmware. After uploading 70+ gigs of music and videos onto it twice, I decided I wasn't going to do it a third time.
I'll be getting an iPod touch, now.
