Nah. It's the other way around. Saying she was "tazered" or "shocked" is a euphemistic way of saying she was electrocuted.
I get shocked when I pull on my favorite wool Christmas Sweater and then flick off the light switch and get a zap. I've never been tazered so I don't know about that.
But... since you bring the dictionary into it I must admit defeat. But since mine doesn't have either the words "tazer" or "taser" it might be a draw.
Anyhoo, this all reminds me of that episode of the Simpsons when Bart went on the ridealong with the cops and this came up...
Bart: Wow! Can I see your club?
Lou: It's called a baton, son.
Bart: Oh. What's it for?
Lou: We club people with it.
