You don't know that. Who knows why she was resisting arrest. She could have been delaying and wasting time so that she could reach for a gun.

From the looks of it he didn't seem to think he was in much danger. What he heard over the horn was that her license was suspended, not that she had Osama bin Laden in the trunk.
The "wasting time so she could look for a gun" idea is quite far fetched. The guy was right on top of her.

It may seem far fetched, but a cop not caring or worrying about stuff like that is what gets them killed. Traffic stops are dangerous, and are one of the biggest killers of police officers on the job. Had she simply obeyed the officers orders, we wouldn't even be discussing this right now. [/b][/quote]
