I use Melatonin when I travel. It works really well for jetlag, and I would assume it's worth trying for you people that can't sleep too well.
Whenever I get bad insomnia I just smoke a little weed, and it knocks me out. In fact, I did that last night and I feel great.....except for the box of smarties I ate (after the 2 burgers and bag of chips).
