Omniweb here...It's a great browser. Tabs are visually represented in a drawer along the side of the browser window, and are live updating. You can customize most browser settings on a per-site basis. And you can define workspaces, which are sets of windows and tabs, which is handy too.
Underneath it still uses Webkit (same as Safari) for rendering, so its fast and quite compatible
