To those who are saying the machines don't mess up, how do you explain this?
Back in Halifax a few years ago, I used an ATM at a sketchy store known for selling the cheapest smokes in the city. I took out 40 bucks, machine gives me 80. Light bulb goes off. I take out 100 dollars, machine gives me 200. YES!
I literally run to my buddies house and inform him that there is a 2 for 1 sale at the ATM down the street. He also drains his account of the 200 bucks or whatever was in it and also gets double.
We are on top of the world and head straight to the NSLC, calling everyone we know to tell them to get to the store. Not sure if anyone else got away with it or not, but I do know I stayed clear of that place for months afterward just in case they somehow knew.
Also want to point of that stealing = bad karma.... but stealing from banks = good karma.
