CFCN (CTV Calgary) confirmed today that they are testing their HD this week. They don't have a channel assigned yet, but it will definitely be in place in time for the Super Bowl.
Therefore, the only "choice" (legal choice, anyway) remaining for original Super Bowl feeds seems to be Star Choice.
