That is an excellent point. One of the criteria of a good Asian restaurant is the number of exits and hiding spots when the shooting happens.
You would be dead in Peking garden. They only have 1 exit and all the tables are situated too closely together. You would have to hope that someone next to you takes the bullet.
Regency is pretty good just because it is massive and it has 2 elevators and 3 staircases for quick escape. Plus they have a couple of private rooms in the back you could barricade yourself into.
Pho So on Centre has 2 main exits in the front and back but it is long and narrow. No real hiding spots.
Sun Chiu Kee also on centre has plenty of windows you can smash and jump out since it is on the main floor, but it is soo noisy in there you probably won't even notice the gunshots.
Probably the safest place to eat is that Treasure pot place right on the top of the hill at centre. Their food is so bad no real gangsta would eat there.
