He is a player who has good, but not great hands. He sees huge benefits from getting hit with the puck at pace and on the tape. If it isn't *right there* he slows his skating down dramatically and therefore loses his advantage of size and speed.
I think if you dropped him off of the line with Langkow and Bertuzzi, he'd really struggle. He'd get chances but not the production. He is a perfect 2nd line winger because his play improves with the quality of his linemates, but will never be too expensive to afford.
