Ask for Section 211-213, or Section 225-227, and you'll be between the blue lines. Row 11 is where the White section starts, and has a face value of $95 per ticket. The same price level exists all the way up to something like Row 22 (the last row on the sides). My seats are Row 13, in 212, and are about half way up the second deck.
If you can afford it, the lower in level 2 the better. In the sections mentioned above, Row 6-10 are the next price level. I think the face value there is $135 per ticket. Row 4-5 are the next price level, with Row 3, 2, 1 being the next successive price levels. Row 1, in those center sections are my favorite seats in the whole place, but they come with a $245 face value.
