Default Outlook Help: Extracting email addresses

I have a huge amount of email addresses in my outlook at work, but most are not in my contact list.

They autofill when I start typing them, so I usually just start typing a name and go from there.

Now, I want to pull those addresses off this computer and use them on my Mac laptop.

Is there a way to pull the addresses not in the contact list and somehow import them into "Mail" on my Mac so they will autofill when I type emails in there? (or just into my contact list in general should do)

Biggest thanks ever to anyone who can help, this is supremely important.
