My Xbox's have had major problems, but the latest one has lasted two plus years. And I would take more issues versus only having a PS3...the 360 is a much better video game system.

That's pretty much it, people will put up with sending the console back for repair because it is the better gaming system. In the end it only takes 3 weeks and it's free, no big deal.
I have both the PS3 and a 360, I've completely stopped playing games on the PS3 and only use it to watch BluRays now.
