I managed to add 10 lbs of lean mass to my frame in the last 4 months. The secret was eating 5 o 6 times a day smaller meals as opposed to 3 larger ones.
Oh yeah and squats.
My fitness goal for the year, bulk up to 180lbs (another 15 lbs to go).
