I just joined a spin class. I have a treadmill at home, but I don't feel like I ever really push myself enough to get any real benefit from it, so I had to do something else. I need someone to kick my behind so from what I am hearing of spin classes, this should be good for me. I am a little nervous though.
Anyone ever been in one or liked it? I am pretty sure I have asked that here before, but I'll ask again.
