Several years ago we had an upstairs neighbour who played Mambo #5 for several months, and nothing else. Eight hours a day on weekends, 2-4 hours a day on weekdays... I cried myself to sleep...

On the Top Gun theme, you could blast You've Lost That Loving Feeling' at him until he commits suicide and ends your problem. (Either that or you'll be the Maverick to his Goose!)
