I have a question that might be on topic in this thread.
First off, I am dumb. I don't understand a lot of this stuff. I'm not totally inept in this area, but it's not my forte.
I have a wireless home network which consists of two PC's and my son's xbox 360. The internet connection is from my cable. So I got the Linksys router to set this up about a year ago, and everything worked fine for several months.
Then I had a service interruption one day and now only the PC that is connected directly to the router has an internet connection. HOWEVER, the other computer has an 'excellent connection' to the wireless router (the home network).
WTF?
One theory I have is that my cable signal is too weak to support the network. It doesn't seem like a flawless theory though.
Any ideas?
Should add that I have run the connection and network setup wizards multiple times to no avail.
