Cigarettes and liquor are all currently legal in our country. Why is the government dictating what retailers can or cannot sell? These products are in sealed packages, they do not harm the customers who walk past the displays.
We already have laws to prevent the sale of them to minors. If a retailer violates that law, then fine, pull their license to sell those products.

Because there are people who are so against smoking but couldnt come up with a reason the government should be allowed to dictate what people can legally sell that they decided to just start ripping on smokers.
