As I said in my last post, that's BS anyways. Bowl performance has a huge impact on pre-season rankings for the coming season and has a major impact on deciding the national champion (for better or worse).
Either way, I don't think NCAA football should cater their bowl/playoff system to people who can't simply enjoy two excellent teams playing just because it's not for a championship. I bet you watched every minute of that meaningless Panthers/Giants game two weeks ago though.

I don't boycott the bowl games. It's not a stance on principle. I find them extremely boring. I have no vested interest. I watch the Flames...I have a vested interest in every game they play.
I didn't watch a second of the Panthers/Giants game. Why would I?
I also won't watch a minute of the NFL playoffs unless I happen to decide to watch the Steelers. When my team is done, so am I.
