That's weird.. is DNS Relay turned on or off?

Sounds like it's off, but the router is still giving out its own IP address as the DNS server to devices requesting an IP address.

You need to either turn DNS relay on, or set the DNS servers that the router gives out with IP addresses to the DNS server the ISP gives.
